Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my inspection of the above stated well I noted a well head with rods and tubing. I also noted that the pumping tee was connected to the flow line. Last I noted that the A frame and other production equipment has been removed from the pump jack stand and place on the ground near the well. The above stated well is not producing and fluids at this time.
