Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit and is bridled up to the polishing rod. The motor has been removed. This site has had recent dozer work to clear brush and trees getting into the site. The Well ID is written on the electrical box and is fading and hard to see. It still shows the former operator name. The new operator took over this site in June 2023. GPS is 33.16593 -92.40009
