Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing on tubing and casing, containment ring does have a liner, containment has been standing in storm water for several inspections, produced water tank has floated away from plumbing line, no sign at entry gate, clean location. Pat Garner is making arrangements to move tank back in place. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
