Compliance Summary Remarks:
DPM, well is chemical injected (foamer), containment ring does have a liner, chemical injection lines have been vandalized and cut, leaking chemical onto ground. Chesapeake rep's are on location, trying to repair cut lines, but do not have combo for locks on electric pumps. No enforcement at this time.MP
