Compliance Summary Remarks:
DPM, pump jack at well head, well is equipped with H2S scavenger, compressor and equipment is approx. 100 yards from well head, containment does not have a liner, tanks at compressor are inside 107 bbl containment, tank at compressor is nearly full, and appears to be mostly oil, pump jack is leaking a heavy amount of water, water is standing on ground and spreading to edge of location, pump jack has also been leaking and repaired after previous inspections.
