Compliance Summary Remarks:
Listed well was plugged in 1988. A recent land sale, discovered equipment had been left in a wooded area, after well plugging. FIR is for witnessing the removal of leftover equipment. An old separator and approx 40' of underground plumbing were dug up and removed, several above ground connections were also removed. 2 new AOG / SUMMIT meters are still in wooded area, but do not appear to have ever been used. AOG meters were not disturbed, all SPC equipment was removed. Area was then returned to grade and left as a clean location.
