Compliance Summary Remarks:
Follow up as per Mike Passmore. Lease road has been repaired from floods of 2019, well has access again. Vegetation has been cleared from wellhead and equipment, meter run and separator are on an elevated platform, containment ring does have a liner, plumbing to produced water tank has been disconnected. NOTE: New lease road also gave access to a large section of underground pipeline, that was exposed by the 2019 floods. Approx. 50' section of pipeline is at 35.39695 -94.14186.
