Compliance Summary Remarks:
Looks like nobody has been to location in sometime. Chart has not been changed since 2021. Entire well location covered in vegetation. Can hear and smell gas leaking from pressure check valve on top. Entire lease road is covered in vegetation and right beside lease road pipeline has washed out exposing atleast 50 ft of the pipeline section of pipeline is at 35.39695 -94.14186.
