Compliance Summary Remarks:
This site had an inspection on 10-17-2023 and it was noted of excess vegetation Well head unsecure and no Well ID. The vegetation and small pine trees has been cut and the Well head has been secured with PVC caps installed in the tubing at the pumping tee area. The pumper said the Well signs have been ordered. GPS is 33.38901 -92.64775
