Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing on tubing and casing, heavy water stains and possible burns on outside of produced water tank, location is not being maintained, wellhead, equipment and entire location is completely covered with approx 4' vegetation, location is being used for scrap storage, shared location with Morris Unit 4-36. No enforcement at this time.MP
