Compliance Summary Remarks:
John Hicks (White Rock representative) and Stateline Vacuum service was on location to perform a pressure test on the well. Well was pressured up to 500 pounds. After 30 minutes, the well had lost 200 pounds. The well is present with rods and tubing only. Flowline has been ripped out of the ground and piled up on the location. The well is now located in a pond that was constructed by the landowner. Distance from the bank to the well is approximately 27 foot. From solid ground to the well, it is approximately 60 foot. Concrete slab of a heater treater is the only thing left of the tank battery.
