Final reinspect as per Mike Passmore. No changes from previous inspections, signs are still in place at gate and well pad, pipeline riser has not been removed, area of buried wellhead has sank slightly. NOTE: GPS in prism and on Google earth, is approx 200' away from buried wellhead. Operator contacted. Pending enforcement.MP
