Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 11/15 = Tubing - 2298' @ 472 PSI, Casing - 7728' @ 461 PSI, containment is full and floating produced water tank nearly sideways, floating tank is bending plumbing into tank, confined space door on containment tank is leaking fluids on ground, chemical injection containment is full. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
