Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my inspection I noted that the well has a down hole pump. The pumping tee valve is in the open position making the well unsecured. Also the valve is missing from the well head. The old pumping unit has trees grown up around it and I did not find a switch box on site. The location has recently had some work done to it and trees have been cleared.
