Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, digital pipeline meter on location, well is chemical injected (unlabeled barrel), containment ring does have a liner, excessive vegetation around wellhead and inside containment, produced water tank and containment are nearly full, gas appears to be blowing into produced water tank, large amount of bubbling into tank. No enforcement at this time.MP
