Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a complete pumping unit and it is bridled up to the polishing rod. It is not producing. The hand/auto switch is in the off position. The flow line valve is open. The Well ID shows the wrong operator name on it. Talked to the operator about this issue. The Well name is correct. GPS is 33.26913 -92.32173
