Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing on tubing and casing, containment is completely covered with vegetation. NOTE: Gate has not been locked for previous inspections, but was now locked. Metal gate is broken, and falls several inches when lifted from post. Gate is nearly impossible to lift back onto post stand, and took several attempts. No enforcement at this time.MP
