Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, digital pipeline meter on location, well is chemical injected (unlabeled barrel), containment ring does have a liner, produced water tank is overflowing into containment, containment is nearly full, casing valve on wellhead is leaking gas from underground, gas also appears to be flowing into produced water and bubbling fluids out of tank. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
