Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, well is methanol injected, containment ring does have a liner, heavy rust and flaking on wellhead, heavy rust and flaking on plumbing to produced water tank, fluids are draining from drilled holes in produced water tank, containment ring is in poor shape and starting to rust apart. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
