Compliance Summary Remarks:
Under the direction of Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission the Freeman/Smith A 4 was plugged by Crude Oil LLC. Crude Oil LLC also cut the wellhead off and buried the casing. Crude Oil LLC has removed all equipment and trash and the well site has been restored to its original graded and seeded.
