Compliance Summary Remarks:
This is my finial inspection for The Freeman/Smith A 3 Operated by Blue Steel Investments LLC. Crude Oil LLC under the direction of Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission Plugged, capped and buried the well. Crude Oil LLC also restored the location to its original graded and seeded the location. Last crude Oil LLC removed all trash and equipment from the location and staked hay bales to prevent run off.
