Well is in T/A status, no activity since FLT of 10/18/16, containment ring does not have a liner, chemical injection tank is disconnected, excessive vegetation over location and inside containment, plumbing to produced water tank is rotted and falling apart, water is draining into containment from small holes in tank, bird netting is starting to fall into tank.
