Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, well is methanol injected, compressor is running, tank and containment are on elevated platform, entry sign has been destroyed for several years, no containment for 15 bbl used oil tank and ball valve appears to have a small leak, a damaged oil tank has been left laying on the ground for nearly a year.
