Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, pump jack at wellhead, containment ring does not have a liner, clean location for Merit equipment. Enable has refused to maintain their equipment for several years. NOTE: Lease road is in extremely poor shape and is not being maintained. Large washouts are nearly impassable and required 4x4, to access location. No enforcement at this time.MP
