Compliance Summary Remarks:
Plugging operations for well were started on 09/14/20, but experienced several days worth of problems. On 09/24 the 50' surface plug failed, and well was left open until cement can be drilled. As of the date of this inspection, well is still open and has a small amount of gas bubbling through fluids. Cement never did setup and is still soft, several inches deep. Plugging operations will resume, as soon as rig can return from other plug jobs.
