Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found Well to have casing with open tubing and a disconnected flow line only. It is approximately 400ft east of the Reynolds 1 Well. The four old derrick corners are in place. This Well is unsecure with the tubing not having a valve or plug. This Well sits beside an old access road that is grown up in vegetation. The road would need bush hogging to be able to drive to the location. There are no previous firs for this location. GPS is 33.38424 -92.64671
