Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit and it is bridled up to the polishing rod. The motor has been removed. There is no flow line and the tubing is open on both sides of the pumping tee with no valves or plugs installed making this Well unsecure if it pressures up. There is excess trees around the unit and there is no Well ID. Found no tanks for the C lease. GPS is 33.38900 -92.64767
