Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found Orphan well at GPS 33.14975 -93.45982 and marked with our flagging. Well consist of concrete derrick base and well cellar. Well has no cap on it and is cut off in cellar. There is no fluid present at this time. There is an old pit directly 20ft SW of well with and there is another concrete pad beside pit at GPS 33.17637 -93.10600. Vegetation consist of grown tree and under brush.
