This is the post plugging final report for this site. Well was plugged on 7-14-2023 and it has been cut capped and buried. This site has been leveled. Grass seed and fertilizer was applied on 9-30-2023 to this site and the road that was cut into it. The grass is starting to grow. There is no equipment on site. This site is clean.
