Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well is well head and casing only. Green bucket sets over the well head. No flow lines or any other pumping equipment on site. Excess vegetation and small pine trees around the well. Old metal pumping unit base on site. There is a heater treater sitting on the road going to this well. There is some dried oil outside the heater treater. No containment for heater treater. No ID for the well or the heater treater.
