Compliance Summary Remarks:
FIR is for a witnessed commingle test, chart meter shows 39 MCF as current flow rate, with 24 hour flow showing to be 37 MCF. Chart meter is on a 4in run with 1/2in plate, all chart readings were taken by Brian Simpson of Merit. Containment ring does have a liner, clean location.
