Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 01/22 = Tubing - 3930' @ 650 PSI, Casing - 3120' @ 15 PSI. NOTE: Landowner is in a dispute with XTO and wants well plugged. Landowner has been stacking scrap metal and equipment, to make access to well harder, and pouring oil and diesel on ground around wellhead. Landowner did come onto site, during this test. He stated the well had been there long enough and wanted it pulled out of his property. No enforcement at this time.MP
