Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found well equipped with uncapped tubing in well head and some fresh oil coming out of tubing. Tubing approx 8' above ground level. Found area with fresh oil approx 15' x 3' near well head. Found pit approx 60' x 18' on site. Also found heater treater laying on the ground and its been cut open and contains an oily sludge. There is also a 210 welded tank with no dike containment near road leading to well site. Found no well ID.
