Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, containment ring does have a liner, excessive vegetation inside containment, containment is completely full with storm water, top of produced water tank has rotted and fell in, old bird netting on tank is also rotted and has fallen into tank. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
