Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has have several down hole issues and workovers, but is back to producing. Digital meter shows 24 hour flow of 98.1 MCF. Wellhead is in an underground bunker, produced water tank and separator on on a trailer, no type of containment for tank or area around trailer. No enforcement at this time.MP
