Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a submersible pump. It is on a timer. Power is on and switch is in auto. There is some of the pumping unit left on site. There is the motor, belts, frame, and walking beam. The weights and horse head have been removed. The road to this well is in good condition. No issues at the time of this inspection.
