The mission of the Oil & Gas Commission’s Pipeline Safety Program is to ensure the safe construction, operation, and maintenance of intrastate natural gas pipelines within the State of Arkansas which are under its jurisdiction. This is accomplished through education, inspection, enforcement, and investigation of incidents and/or accidents. Our ultimate responsibility is protecting the public and the environment from the dangers of natural gas.
