All hearings shall be held in compliance with applicable state law and the General Rules and Regulations of the Oil and Gas Commission, including General Rules A-2 and A-3. In accordance with General Rule A-2 (a) (5), the Commission has set the applicable rate at $1.50 per name of interested party.
